  I'd like to start by saying I really do like their food, hence the 2 stars. That being said, I waited tonight for 10 minutes inside to order my food before my wife and I just left. We saw 4 different groups standing and waiting for their food and the drive thru had 5 cars in it. No food went out in the 10 minutes we waited to order, be it drive thru or eat in. The doors were also locked at 7:56pm right as we walked in when their hours say they are open until 9:00pm. Very sad considering my family of 9 use to frequent this establishment at least once a month without any issues. New employees and management are very much needed.
