Front End Manager had to lecture me about their refund protocol. "You should have called us, so we could "put it on 'the brain'", whatever that means. I have been shopping at Hen House for 25 years, and never treated like this. Simple refund on a defective product, but she felt it was necessary to give me a lecture.November 28, 2016

She said "ok ill let them know." She wasnt even going to ask me what kind of bacon. And she didnt even ask me if I would like to exchange it. $8 wasted.
