  Rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable. Staff UNFRIENDLY. Check in was fine but got to the room and had 1 king bed. I reserved 2 Queen beds for 3 adults. Went down to correct situation. After the clerk looked at the computer for a minute she goes "It says standard. and were full." SO I stared at her for a moment and she said just a minute. Goes to the back comes out w/2 more keys, writes room # on the card hands it to me and says "do you have the other room keys?" I hand them to her, she takes them and walks to the back. No apology, or "one moment and I will look into this" no "your new room # is..." Got back to the room that evening and it was 76 degrees in there. Messed with the radiator for a few minutes and called to the front desk, told the guy it was not working was told "You know its on the wall, right?" Rude tone. Went down at 11:30 pm to get bottles of water, felt like I interrupted the clerks alone time or something. Did not eat breakfast there on Saturday but did go down Sunday at 830. They had nothing left. Not even milk to go on the boxed cereal. She did eventually bring some sausage and eggs, 20 min wait. No other pastries and only decaf coffee left. Have 2 rooms booked in April for 5 days but know I'm looking into other hotels.

  Burnt out bulbs in the room, adjustable showerhead was stuck in one of the several setting options, TV remote required great force on the buttons to operate. Room and common areas were clean, but the first key card they gave me didn't work, requiring a second trip to the desk. Would stay again, as none of these issues were deal-breakers, but certainly would look for discounted rates at this property.

  Hotel staff was brilliant. Very nice folks. Rooms were fabulous just like the breakfast served! Would stay again for sure
